92 Si no power to starter or fuel pump

the car has sat for awhile now i'm trying to get it up and running. I had the starter checked and it is okay, bought a brand new battery. When I turn the ignition on the fuel pump does not prime the line and when I try to crank the engine the starter does not crank either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

has your car been sitting out in the elements i.e. outside? if so wires could be corroded over time. also, how long has it been sitting for? it could possibly be your fuel filter is clogged since gas has been sitting inside it creating carbon build up or even blocking off all gas from passing through it. i know when i bought my civic about 3 months ago it was sitting for about 3 yrs before i bought it and it started right up, but also had ticking vavles :/. just somethin you should look into.

What do you mean by "not prime the line"? Do you mean you don't hear it priming? When you turn the ignition to ON you should hear the pump prime. Then when you turn it to the start position you should hear the main relay click and the car will immediately start. First thing to do is scan for codes: http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1901557 Second is to check all the relays and fuses anyways. I think the main relay is behind your driver side kick panel.

The fuel pump is controlled via the "Main Relay"... if you have not replaced this, do so.

With respect to your vehicle not cranking - do you hear the solenoid click, or just the relays?

You can tell the difference by: Relay clicks sound softer and appear to come from inside of the car. Solenoid clicks are loud and come from outside of the car, and result in the "click! click! click" sound when you have a low or dying battery.
