94 EX missing badly

I bought this 94 EX in December in pretty nice condition. But it has a bad miss at idle and out on the freeway. The previous owner said he'd replaced the cap, rotor, wires and plugs. I pulled all 4 plugs - they were clean and gapped to .040. Cap and rotor both new as claimed. Am assuming the wires are new since he said the rest was and that is true.

Any ideas where I should look next? It runs pretty well other than this, but I haven't driven others so maybe it could be faster if I fixed the miss. Got 31.3 mpg on the last tank around town!

Any suggestions?

Re: 94 EX missing badly

Noticed something very interesting re the engine missing. We had some very cold weather for a few days last week (Denver), and the miss all but went away completely. When the weather warmed back up, do did the miss. Does that tell any of you EFI experts anything?

Thanks in advance!
