Re: Over heating problem

alright i was doing test today, completley flushed the engine and radiator to make sure nothing was clogged and its not... I dunno what it could be, im looking at the pictures of the two differnet head gaskets on the web between vtec and non vtec, they look like they have the same cooling ports so thats not the issure either... this is really annoyin

Re: Over heating problem

ok i fixed it, i had a cut in one of my hoses that was allowing air to get in where the thermostat was which was causing it not to open, ..... soif anyone has the same problem check you hoses and bleed your radiator of air by squeezing the hose and letting it get to normal operating temp before puting the cap on.
