urgent help on a car going to look at

so i'm gonna see this 95 civic in a little while and just wanted to ask you guys what you think. what do you think i can get it for? and what problems should i look for.

That brand new pain is absolute garbage, even if the car is in good mechanical condition the body drops its value well below $2k

The ad says leather interior and I see no leather. I would be very cautious if they are out right lying on the ad.
