Dimly lit gauge cluster
Hi, I can barely see my gauges at night. The faces are black and needles are white. Do you think some of the bulbs are burnt out? Can I install brighter bulbs> 1.4 volts? Paint the needles flourescent orange? Any advice is appreciated! 2000 civic 4-door
