Post Help deciphering BAR'd List California
Attached is a screen shot of my BAR list they gave me after checking in with them. Having trouble figuring out exactly what to do for the Computer Feedback Control System Section. I have completed the first CAT and last EVAP section of the list, I just have no idea how to approach the rest. I'd appreciate any help on what to do to make sure this list checks out. BTW i am swapping a d16y7 to d16y8

do you have a scanner? you can buy a bluetooth dongle for like $20 on amazon

something like this? I can get one. one of the issues is that the computer does not recognize that it has vtec now, so it doesnt engage

well you could swap to a y8 computer so that the vtec will work.
or put the y7 head on it and have no vtec
