Engine swap???

Hey guy I'm new so please be easy on me I just picked up this 96 honda civic couple with the d16y8..I have a complete donor motor for it but it's a d16a6 will this work? I know modifications should be done to make it work right anything I should know about? And will this swap work? Thanks I appreciate your help!

It should bolt right in.

The Block type is D16
The optional heads are the y8 and a6

The y8 is VTEC 128hp
The a6 is non vtec 106hp

So you are going to loose horse power but the harness and engine mounts should work.
