You'll need a conversion harness and chipped ecu

Not sure about s300, I think so.

Neptune and Chrome, yes.

Neptune > all

Re: ems for ej8 turbo

okay so bumping an old(ish) thread

i think i want to go with s300

http://www.xenocron.com/chipped-obd1...ecu-p-129.html

just to clarify all i need is the ecu with the s300 installed and the obd2 to obd1 conversion harness right?

also thinking about using the rdx 410 cc injectors too. to install those i need adapters for the fuel rail and clips for the injectors right? what if i were to buy an after market fuel rail, like aem or p2r? do i still need the adapters?

btw im only boosting ~8 psi since my bottom end will be stock.

also how known is hondata in the tuning industry? will most places be familiar with tuning them?

Yes, look around, there are lots of complete packages out there.

Yes, lots of good info here.

Honestly, I don't see why an AEM rail would be much different than the stock, but I don't know for sure.

AEM is probably the biggest name in tuning, since they produce ECUs for pretty much every engine out there. In the Honda world specifically though, Hondata could be the most highly used and recognized producer of tuning software.

Re: ems for ej8 turbo

I promise you bro, I know a few guys out here that have a proven track record man. I won't steer you wrong. With your setup you should easily be around 400hp. Your last setup should have been there as well.
