i have a few questions. i would like to pick up an auto sedan, and i woud like to turbo it. here are my questions.
1.how efficient would a turbo be on a auto (dont like shifting gears)
2.how hard would it be to turbo it?
3. what would tuning entail
4.would there be anything holding me back from turboing it?
5. what turbo kit should i get if i wanted 250-300 hp (with supporting mods of course)
6.how much boost would i need to run to achieve this
7 . what supporting mods would i get to achieve this goal?
this will be my daily driver, but i also want to have fun lol. thanks

1. 250-300whp through an automatic transmission would be difficult, it would need to be built or it will probably fail. Don't forget, that's an almost 19 year old transmission. The turbo also wouldn't work as efficiently, seeing as the ecu would shift before hitting full load.
2. How hard, as in what specific aspect?
3. Tuning would entail taking the car to a tuner, give him $500-600 and having them tune your car. No, you can't do it yourself.
4. The automatic transmission, budget?
5. You would assemble a custom turbo kit.
6. that depends on the turbo and the engine.
7. As in within the engine, or actually being able to control a 93 civic with 300whp?
2. How hard, as in what specific aspect?
