Help im a newbie!!!

Hey guys. So I have a 97 civic si pushing a D16Z6. Im thinking this motor is pretty much ****. Id like to pick the speed up a little but the basics are done to the engine already (cold air intake, header, full catback). What else can I do to maybe pull a little extra out of it. If nothing what would be a good engine to find for a swap I found an H22 out of a prelude that needs building but im not sure how it'll squeeze in here. I just don't want to dump 5K into this engine and it not be worth the time and money. Im really needing help guys your input will be greatly appreciated...

Read the 6th gen swap guides their stickied above this thread.

On the d16z6 there's not much you can do to get into the 200hp range without going turbo, which could potentially be done for $2k.
