1999 civic si jdm b18b questions

I just bought a 99 civic si and it has the following already done to it:
JDM B18b block with GSR head LS VTEC
bored out, unsure how much
Spoon head gasket
Apr studs
Aftermarket rods and pistons
Type r header
Apexi WS2
AEM cold air intake
Head was port matched on exhaust port .010
Titanium valves and retainers
Accelerates distributor cap NGK plugs and wires
Wrinkle coated valve cover
GSR trans
Exedy clutch , pressure plate, flywheel
Drilled slotted rotors.

My question is about how much hp "could" or "should" it be producing and does everything done to it seem logical?
I am a new member to the forum and hope to learn a lot. Thanks

There's not nearly enough info there to give a solid guess, but the seller should have had it dyno tuned and included the sheets with the sale?

As far as i kno there are no dyno sheets with the car. The guy i bought it from was the second owner and the guy before him had the swap done

If it wasn't properly tuned or you don't know if it was your first investment should be an hour on a dyno with a tuner. Just to make sure the everything is set right, bad tunes kill engines.
