b20 turbo problems

b20 turbo problems ok i have a 2000 civic with a b20 turbo set up. my ploblem is that its miss fireing in low rpm. i think is one of 2 things: the distributor or the ecu the ecu is a si cause it had a gsr, should i get a new ecu and or distributor? help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
