Adjusting suspension.
Adjusting suspension.
Hello,
I just bought a 96 ex that has been lowered on matrix coilovers. I was told they are adjustable, but I have never owned a car that has been lowered. Can anyone give me any tips as what to do to raise the car a bit. It's too low as it sits now and the car is for my girlfriend to get to work. Also any tips on how to get the car up off the ground because I don't think a standard jack will fit underneath.
Thanks.

Re: Adjusting suspension.
Drive the car up onto a piece of wood first (2x10), possibly 2 if its really low. That will allow you to fit the jack.
The coil overs should have an adjusting collar on them. With the car off the ground adjust the collars up to raise the car.
