nope. no problems so far. got Grey's endlinks on it. install went good. only took about 15 minutes and the results are awesome. i find myself intentionally taking turns faster now because the car stays so much more level. it's awesome!!! i highly recommend it to anyone. the stock 12mm looked like a toothpick next to the RSX swaybar. i've got pics in another thread if anyone's interested.

lucky u got your endlinks off... dud u let it sit with some pb blaster or liquid wrench or wd40?? or did urs come right off?

nope. i just put a standard ratchet on the nut and it came right off. it was on pretty tight and i busted some knuckles, but it didn't give me any trouble. i didn't even have to use an allen wrench. in fact, i didn't even know about that part untill after i was already done. overall, it was very easy to do.

u mean the whole thing didnt turn all together?!?!? arg! like which end of the indlink did u take off? the part connected to the car or the part connected to the sway bar??

i took it off from the car. i left the stock links on the stock bar. no, they didn't turn at all. in theory, if you take it off from the car side, that nut will be tight against the car braket which doesn't turn. so when you break the nut loose, the car isn't going to move and it will come off. i wouldn't take it off from the bar. the only reason to do that would be to use the stock links with a different bar or use the stock bar with upgraded links. either one would be a waste. if you're going to do an upgraded bar, get upgraded endlinks.

If all of your suspension components are stock then the 19mm is plenty. It reduces understeer and give the car a more neutral feel.
If your car is an 01-02, then the 19mm rear is a good match with the 25mm front. Honda reduced the size of the front sway bar in the later years so I am not sure how the 19mm or larger would feel on those models.

i happen to be one of the unlucky souls with the 16mm front sways and an rsx 19mm and for me it feels great the car is a tad bit tail happy but thats ok thats what i like. ive been told for road racing/autox the set up im running right now is perfect so im leaving it that way

I have the same question as LT2004ever. My question is whether it would be a good suggestion to either 1) do the stock RSX type s rear sway bar (19mm) or go with the Progressive rear sway bar and brace package from e bay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Progress-62-...ht_1225wt_1059). I wanted to ask for advice because the only purpose that I wanted this upgrade is to notice a better feel of cornering. HOWEVER, I have to have this car look stock (for my wife) and as a daily driver. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I also want to note that I've read through some of the threads on sway bars, suspension mods, etc. I really would like help on if I am doing something that will help the ride and safety of my daily driver.

either of them are good.
RSX - smaller, but enough to make huge gains. cheaper and maybe easier to find in junkyards.
Progress - larger and comes with the reinforcement. Maybe better indicated for springs, since they tend to make car more understeer.
PS: progress is not a small company, BTW, and quality stuff. it just happens to be on sale in ebay.
ride - when you hit bumps on one side only, it will transfer more to the other side. That's the only downside of the rear sway upgrade, but a very small one. Most don't feel it.

just thought i'd throw this in there before everyone gets carried away with thicker sway bars. i had to fix my control arm mounts after they tore out and supported them with this. http://www.asrparts.com/
i then installled an EM1 rear sway to replace the neuspeed set that used to be there.

^ RSX might be fine, they 19mm. Mine is the progress, 22mm. have been fine so far, though, 2-3 years?
