Alert buzzers not working.

Alert buzzers not working.
New to the forums so be nice lol.
I have a 96 civic with a d16z6 swap. I just in stalled my sound system and a new stock steering wheel. Idk if that has anything to do with my issue but ever since, the alert buzzers that warn me that my lights are on after iv shut the car off and opened the door, and the buzzer that alerts me when my keys are left in the ignition no longer work.
Only thing I can think of is possibly a broken door ajar switch but I can't see why they would be.
If anyone has any ideas let me know. Thanks in advance!
