Does anyone know if konig zr wheels 15 inch will fit my 1996 civic ex?
If so which lug nuts should I get for them the bolt holes look small.

Are they not in your possession? Why wouldn’t you just measure them?

18x9’s are fundamentally different in every way, except for maybe the offset.

If you can, get/post a pic of all and any markings on the rim. Check on the backside. Like sdaidoji implied, those 18x9's won't have any of the same measurements, except maybe the offset.

Even then, if those 15's had a 25 offset, that might be too low to fit
As for lug nuts, you'll need any aftermarket lug nut with a 60° taper.
