1998 civic ex error code fuelsys1 ol fault from autel scanner
Can reset check engine light, but comes back next key cycle.

What's the OBD2 fault code? (code in the standard "Pxxxx" format)
Post the freeze frame data too if your scanner will show it.

The definition of that code number is "heater circuit fault" (HO2S, B1S1)
Ohm test the heater portion of the sensor, Replace sensor if it is out of spec
