Engine died while driving, won't start

Engine died while driving, won't start

So I was driving last night was coming out the ramp and car lost power and doesn't start anymore I hear crank but sounds like when battery is dead and low power this past weekend I check oil and engine coolant also my Si has been sucking up cool and from the reservoir like every 3 days or so need to refill and I heard a small noise that came from where the timing belt is located like having something in a cup and shaking it that kinda of soun but really low sound anways any ideas on what maybe wrong with my car is it the timing belt or distributed cap or rotor or relays fuses .?

try jumping the battery and seeing if it will start. My guess is that the alternator died and didn't charge the battery.

Test the alternator by connecting a voltmeter.
