new ac system but compressor runs hot

hello every one i appreciate if somebody can help me .

i have a 99 ek9 i keep the car in a good condition , 2 months ago the ac system starts to work hotter , the problem was the condenser was hot around 80 c and the compressor safety valve did blow all the gas out with oil in a white kind of smoke , so since the shop was a honda shop and anther 2 cars one ek9 and anther sedan had the same problem i installed the biggest condenser that fits inside i think 120x80cm , replaced the receiver drier , expansion valve , pressure switch ,cabin filter . all hoses flushed and seals replaced . and inside unit cleaned and evaporate flushed and cleaned with coil cleaner .

i disconnect the heater core hoses because the civic system doesnt close properly

fans, i replaced the honda fan with 3 x 120 watt universal fans 2 infront and 1 in the back so i dont think air flow is an issue . with the radiator fan kicks in total 4 fans are working.

and the freon is due point and compressor oil replaced.

so basically everything is new except the compressor

now the problem is the condenser is still hot real hot compared to other cars .

the ac get cold only when the car is moving and not as much as it should be .

the glass eye show fluid inside , i decreased the pressure to 40 psi in the low side and raised the idle to 1500 rpm in order to get some cold air because most of my driving is inside the city .

when the rpm raise to 3500 the pressure in low side drops to 20 psi and the compressor stop and pressure becomes 60 psi .

rising the cold side pressure i get colder air if iam in the high way but none at idle.

i did alot of searching but the only thing i found that the compressor outlet valve might be faulty.

if so i will replace the compressor with a new or re-manufactured unit for the 93-97 crown vic these compressors really rocks .

any advice is appreciated. since i think its a general honda problem .

also where a live its legal for me to work with refrigerant.

Not Cuba. I think he's actually on the other side of the planet from us.

The car probably uses R134a.
In most of the USA, any idiot DIYer can buy it at Autozone, Walmart et al.

No am part of the free world though i would like to visit cuba one day

i live in the GCC and where i live is a nice place no emission tests low gas price gas, price around 4 usd per gallon not too much rules and unnecessary regulation and free medical insurance with dental , tax around 5% and alcohol is allowed

i said its legal because when i was searching through forums alot of people say its illegal to use freon its illegal to vent freon blah blah blah, so i was just tiring to avoid this kind of replies.

Anyway i just find the solution if anyone have the same problem.
the original civic condenser have a very low tolerance for debris and flow issue , it will cause the compressor to run harder and cause high condenser temperatures and or blowing the gas of the compressor safety valve .

solution is to use a multi flow condenser and extra fan.

As for me , i used a single flow condenser which caused flow resistance it seems that r134a needs more quantity of gas to be cooled than a less quantity of gas cooled for a longer time, anther issue is the space between the bigger condenser and radiator .
