2003 civic no ac

Ac won't work. Light comes on for ac, blower inside car works. Compressor won't engage and cooling and condenser fans are not running? All relays under hood seems ok, ohmed them out and switched relays . Any fuses under dash for ac or fans? Also if need be , is it hard to get access to clutch coil to test? Or do I need to take out alternator and power steering pump? Any help would be appreciated

Re: 2003 civic no ac

Is the system low or empty?

Backprobe the wiring at the AC pressure switch......(wiring connected to switch)
Is there ground on both sides of it? Is there 5v on both sides of it?
One 5v and one ground?

Ohm check the thermal protector. Should be continuity.

Search for any of the 3000 threads I've posted in about AC issues on these cars.

Follow Ezone's advise first. I think however, it's closer to his 3,500th post on the subject.

Any noise coming from a/c compressor clutch bearing?

I just replaced a clutch coil last month and the test in reply #2 of this link: http://honda-tech.com/forums/tech-mi...owing-2650084/ worked spot-on. However, this is for 6th gens (years 1996-2000) so, not sure it's the same for 7th gens (years 2001-2005).
