What did the plugs look like?

Any work just done on the car? Did it sit overnight and then wouldn't start one morning?

So you are working in a shop?
This car is in your shop?
What kind of shop is it?

Re: 2000 honda civic no start

Ah, ok.

130 is way low to me, if I do the compression test I expect 180+.
Are the plugs wet with gas?
Has it lost spark?

Got a scanner? Any codes?
What is the ECT temp when you crank it? Is the ECT reading accurate?

Re: 2000 honda civic no start

fine blue spark at plugs
Plug gap is too small to check.
See if the spark will jump a gap of at least a half-inch.

plugs don't foul
Are the plugs WET with gas?

pulled injectors and they spray
Is it really gasoline?
Contaminated fuel?
Diesel mixed in?

130 is low
Oil the cylinders to restore compression?-- (engine got flooded)

Is the cam gear out of time by a couple teeth?
Is the bolt on the cam gear loose?
Verify TDC mark on the balancer is truly TDC --piston 1 at the top?

Checked ignition timing with a timing light? (I know it won't run, just check it while cranking)
