2000 honda civic ex A/T 202000mi

d4 light started blinking the other day and speedo was jumping
it wouldnt keep speed with cruise control
i tried a new speed sensor didnt change anything.

today i was driving and car lurched and died.
engine light was flickering

i put it in park and turned key all the way off and back on car started goes a few more miles till i get home

in my garage now car will only crank not start and the d4 light and engine light flicker.

good battery and good connection to battery.
good trans fluid level and oil level.

opened ecu no burnt spots and circuit board(it could still be bad)

im going to check visible ground points under hood hope for the best.

please help!

Check grounds on the thermostat housing?
