Speedometer out! help!

Speedometer out! help! Yesterday I just put a new exhaust on my civic em1 and now the check engine light is on and speedometer doesnt work. does anybody know how to fix this?

Got a P0501 code? Broke the speed sensor? Damaged the wiring to the sensor? Any other codes?

There are several things that can stop the alternator from working.
Blown fuse #15 in the dash fusebox. 7.5amp
