d16y8 Smoke Problem (PLEEASEEE HELPP)
i have a 1999 honda civic d16y8 that smokes when i throttle up.. it idles @ 1200-1900 rpm ( no idea why.. ) and if i start to throttle up towards 3000-6000 rpm it will smoke really bad... i cant figure it out, the only part i have on it that does anything to engine is a cold air intake ( im too worried to put other parts on it because of the smoke) i cant fix it... ive tried cleaning the throttle ... i tried compression tests ( range 130-150 )

Blue (oil) smoke @ high RPM is usually rings.
The smoke may be very pale blue.
