My headlights flicker but here is the weird part the srs light comes on and off while the headlights are going crazy. What is going on?

Re: headlights and srs

Got any SRS codes? If you do, then diagnose that first.

Headlights pulse very bright?

Connect a voltmeter to the battery posts, see what the system voltage is when the lights pulse and see what the voltage is when the SRS light comes on.

The SRS light can come on due to very high voltage and leave no codes. IIRC, above 16 volts can do it. Bad alternator/bad voltage regulator.
