Need help with motor issues

I have a b16a2 swapped 97 ek coupe and recently my idle has been jumping from about 700-1100 rpm but it was not very often... i have changed dizzy cap and rotor thinking that might have been the issue and it turns out it was not. now every time i drive the car once it gets warmed up it starts to idle the same as before and while driving randomly it feels as if theres a serious power loss and the only way to get it back to normal driving is to take it 4500 rpm and let vtec kick on. i only have one code showing and thats code 65 which is the rear o2 heater sensor or something like that and i have had that code the entire time i have owned the car. also my exhaust smells like fuel alot and it smokes white while driving. so again im stumped as to whats going on here and could use any help i can get.

Re: Need help with motor issues

if you don't know how to locate vacuum leaks, best to take to a shop for a diagnosis first (without committing to a fix) and come back here with whatever they diagnose.

ah, I will be moving this to the mechanical issues forums, this is really not fit to this forum.
