My E-brake doesn't work

So my e-brake doesn't work for my lx. it seems like the cable is loose and stuff.
idk how to fix it in order for it to work so I just keep the thing on 1st when I park it...

Do you have any mechanical knowledge? Have you pulled the back tires off and inspected the brakes?

Did it work when you got the car? If so did it suddenly stop? Or was it more "progressive" in its failure? And Ditto with rekomstop above

Pound those discs loose with a rubber mallet, the brakes are on the inside.
