Hey i have a strange problem with my civic atm, just had to change the ecu and throttle body to stop it from doing hunting idling (up and down) but now when i start it in the mornings (when the engine cold) it starts idling at about 300-400 but after the engine has warmed up to its correct operating temp, it ends up idling at about 1500rpm, which i thought should be the opposite way round if anything.

If anyone knows if this is a simple fix or not let me know please
