replaced throwout bearing, still noise when clutch pedal isnt pressed in i have a 2000 dx hatch. noise was getting bad when the clutch pedal wasnt pressed in and when it was, the noise winded down and stopped. everyone told me ot was the throwout bearing. i tore out the trans and replaced the T/O bearing put it back in and still the noise is there. not as bad as it was, but still noticeable. could this be some other component of the clutch or the mainshaft bearing? pilot bearing?
