Fuel pump
If the fuel pump is working, does that mean that it is functioning correctly? Or is there such a thing as a working but weak/failing fuel pump?

Yes. Your model's fuel pressure should be somewhere around 40-45 psi. Don't quote me tho, I don't have exact specs.
