Re: fog light issues..
stupid ebay lol. theres big difference between ion and yellow lens. you could paint it yourself with krylon yellow stain glass paint. it holds up to extreme heat and you can put many layers til you get the color you want.
Re: fog light issues..
yeah man ..it made me mad ..how can they not know the difference lol. i guess im gona have to get that krylon yellow stain glass paint... is there a way to get rid of the ion film or just spray over it?

Yea, i've been through two sets of ebay fogs. Right now, I have the ion yellow lens like yours. I threw away the wiring harness for the switch and just made myself that half of it. I wired it to my parking lights because my switches kept breaking for some reason and I didnt feel like replacing them all the time...plus, I don't really care to switch them on and off. I just run with them on when I turn my lights on, which is fine by me. Plus, I live out in the country so cops could give two flying sh*ts about foglights being without a cloud in sight. As for lens paint, I used Vans yellow and it turned out looking even yellower but at certain angles, you can still tell that its an ion lens...its just less noticable as before.

*shakes head* Man, there are already threads out there on how to wire these guys up, you guys are really making your life harder then it has to be.
I used the wire harness that it came with, used the connector thats below the passanger headlight (connector is brown), the other end runs through the firewall and is taped to the harness inside the cabin right below the sig lighter, look for it. From there, run power to your non ebay switch, and then to the corosponding spot in the fuse box with an inline fuse.
The downside to the autozone switch is that its manual, and if you have a dipshit attack, you can drain your battery... but the plus is thats its spimple to wire, its easy to mount, and blends very well... I had a friend searching on my dash for about 2 minute when I told him to flip the figlight switch on the left hand side... shoot. I'll go and take a picture of it.

u dont even need the oem switch. ive had the same switch as triz in my car and for over a year, and it looks better than the oem switch neway. its wired to only turn on when the stereo has power.

Re: fog light issues..
Why not tap these into the parking lights and switch from there? Honda wires the OEM fogs to the headlight so you can only use the fogs when the headlight is engaged. I recommend wiring to the parking light so you can run your fogs without having to run your headlamps. They'll run when the parking lights are on. You can still have a switch, but wiring to the parking light(or headlight) is a fail safe unless you leave your lights on. If you don't want to wire them there, you could always tap any switched source (ignition, cig lighter, etc) and they'll still turn off with the car. This way you don't run the risk of killing your battery.
As for integrating the OEM switch, it will work just fine with the aftermarket fogs.

Sheessh! ... I guess I was the only lucky f***cker whose EBAY kit didnt give any COLOR, HARNESS or OEM switch problem even after an year of the Install
Oh wait
... I just remember ... The FUSE that came melted like 15 SECONDS after I turned the fogs ON for the first time
