Stand Alone Monitors???
anyone out there where i can obtain some stand alone monitors, mainly 5.6 inch size relatively cheap, other than ebay? I can get them from a friend that sells car audio for around 100 bucks or so, but i was wondering if there was any place where i could get them cheaper, and they still be decent quality, i am needing approximately 7 of the 5.6 inch screens, or possibly 4 or 5 5.6's and a couple or 3 7 inch screens, maybe more or less of each, depending on what i decide to do... and i am needing to get a few for a friend as well... i trust my friend that i can buy them from, but was wondering if there was anywhere any cheaper, sure, i'd like to get all icon or rosen or clarion, or panasonic, or alpine tv's but they can get pricey for the install i am considering... again, any help would be appreciated

actually the monitors that i can get for 100 are pretty good quality, they have a crisp picture, and come with a good warranty and all that good stuff... thats 100 installed too, only reason they are so cheap for me is cause he is a good friend and i have sold a lot of merchandise for him... and he's selling them at cost to me
id go that route, the cheapest decent quality tv ive seen was a clarion model at frys for $100
so same price, but your getting install too
and online you risk quality, get no install, and get no warrantee either.
id say you got yourself an awesome deal! i gotta second the comment abotu ICON tv's tho, here they are really expensive, $500 for a 9" widescreen, but the quality is paramount, absolutely an awesome screen

thanks rabbit, i am really impressed with icons and rosens, but they are pricey specially for 7- 5.6", 1-7" or bigger, and a motorized indash seperate
i just got a 5 inch moniter for only 130 and i did all the installation myself to ps it was really easy so i payed nothing for installation only for parts such as inverters and plugs and that was only $70
I just did the same thing. Ps2 to a 6" TECVOX screen. I got the screen for 150$ and the power inverter and wiring came to 70$. I got the Ps2 used on Ebay for really cheep too. I did all the installation myself. It's amazing that you can stretch 320$ and have a really nice video game/dvd setup with a Ps2.
