Amp Over Current Problem. HELP???????

I've got a amp that's not working due to an over current light being on. I've check the voltage comming from my battery terminal and its 11.94 volts, my remote wire is 11.85 volts, and the ground is secure on my vehicle. Anyone have any suggestion's? The head unit is a JVC Camelion and the amp is a Sony Xplod 800 watt. I got it on sale, and I know its not a Fosgate but when working it gives me that lil' extra bass needed from factory civic speakers.

the over current light indicates that there is too much current LEAVING the amp (ie, too low of a load impedance, could be shorted) The problem is NOT at the inputs, i would DISCONNECT the output terminals and reconnect them. If that doesn't work, use a multimeter to check the impedance of your speakers to make sure they're not fried to a short.
