Newbie:How about this system in a 2k2 fp coupe?

Ok so im a newbie in car audio and i want to drop a system in my car (cuz we all know putting money into perfomance wont do our cars much good unless ur getting a turbo). So for all those in the know, tell me how this sounds, all info is well appreciated:

2 12" Rockford HX2
Rockford BD1500 1500w amp
MB Quart DSD 216 Speakers
JL 300/4 Amp

Now im running a stock head unit, i was thinking of a good head unit to get thats around te 200-350 price range, i was up at tweeter and i saw this really nice head unit: Panasonic CQ-DF903U

Tell me what you think, thanks

I have 2 12" Punch HX2s and they do the job quite nicely.

why are you getting a 300/4? are you getting 2 sets of the MB quart DSD's?
and are you getting the Punch HX2's or the power HX2's? if you are getting the Punch HX2's, i heard that they dont need that much power, so you might be able to get by with a BD1000 or something.
