cable under the seat ?

I was getting ready to remove my passenger seat on my 02 coupe and their are 2 harnesses under the seat. One is a gray plug and the other is yellow with yellow loom. Is the yellow harness part of the air bag system or just for the seat belt?? Just askin because I don't wanna disconnect the battery if I don't have to.

I'm installing a panasonic in dash dvd/tv/cd/mp-3 receiver and needed somewhere to stick the hideaway unit of the screen. along with all my audio, dynamat etc... I was taken the seats out to make things easier for running wires and stuff. plus I wanted to put a layer of dynamat on the floor.

dynamat on the floor wont really be that helpful, I would personally put it on the ceiling before the floor. The floor is 1/4" thick steel, the ceiling is thin sheet metal, and also theres a little faq somewhere about when you unplug the seats, you gotta reset the ecu somehow to get the light to turn off

ok thanks for the heads up on the faq. I am planning on doing both floor and roof as well as doors trunk etc.. etc.. I'll see if I can find out how to reset the ecu.
