Remote Start
What kind of alarm setup is it and how much did you pay for it? I was thinking of getting it but then I figured what for? I'm gonna be getting in my car eventually, I can turn on my car from in their, but it would still be cool to have it.

I have a 2-way unit in my car. It is called Prestige, its made by Audiovox. Yea knock the name all you want, but it has all the features of the other one's I have seen shops around here selling. I know people that have the same unit, and like it. It gives you a timed start, the remote tells you how long your car has been running, a meter countdown, and tells you the temp inside your car. I paid 450 + tax. Since I had bought a remote start from him before I got a price break, and he threw in the bypass. The bypass used is this one here. It works awesome, and you dont have to give up a key. I wondered why I didnt get a remote start sooner. Its a nice investment, and the chicks dig it when you walk outside and your car is running.

How far away does your remote start work from? 450 is pretty steep just for remote start also. I paid just a little more than that for my dual motion detecting car alarm and automatic trunk pop with a pager. I also have my underbody kit hooked to my control
