Well I just put up some pics of my system in my car. Its not all that but as soon as I start working on my car I am going to get a new system. But anyways it does a pretty darn good job.

Anyways what the heck can I do about those darn wires to make it look a little cleaner. Back there. My Ride

You could just use zip ties and wrap it around on the top by your six by nines and then you could go around and hide it in the carpet and the come out where your amps are. Or you can relocate the amp to the spare wheel place

alright, this may work if you have teh ability to cut wood and are slightly creative. Add a false raised panel to the back of your box. use like 1/4" thick wood and make a rectangle the shape of the back of your box. then put little supports behind it, screw it into the back of your box, carpet it, run the wires behind it. The wires on the floor just run under the floor. you could cut through that cardboard with a spoon really, and the carpet is nothing. so the wires come off your amp and cap, into the seat, then through the seat, come out the bottom which is under the stock carpet, go into the trunk, come up behind the raised panel and go up the back of the box to the other amp. get me?

I made a cover to go over my wires. Really cleaned it up nice.

I took some old panelling and covered it w/ carpet that matched the interior. Its super light and works perfect. I used the same carpet I used on my amp board.

On my web page I have 2 pics of my trunk. One pic is with the cover on and the next with it off and laying off to the left of the trunk.

Remember the Zip Ties rock, just don't get them overly tight.

Good luck.

How were you able to mount the amp on the back of your rear seat? I have almost the same exact yr/model and I can't seem to find a way to secure it tightly where you got it, any suggestions?

Yeah I put a peace of ply wood in the back of the seat. Just unzip the back of the seat fold up the carpet and you will see the bars and the cushion of the seat. Slide the wood underneathe the bars so that it is between the bars and the cushion. and then just zipp it back up. The just mount the amp to peace of wood. When you mount it, it will sort a sandwich the bars between the board and the amp. he you are good to go. I did the same with the cap. Thin PLywood

Its kind of a pain in the but to get the wood between the cushion and the bars but once it is in there it aint going anywhere. Thas for sure. And just make sure the the wood is big enought for the amp to be mounted on it. Not to big though because it will be even harder working it in between te cushion and the bars. Open the back or your seat and you will see what I mean and get a better understanding of what I am talking about because I don't think that I am explaining it very well.

which wires are you talking about the ones hanging down from the rear deck. get you some loom to bundle them up, then zip tie them to the rear deck. for the ones on the back of the seats, run them inside the seats, and cut a tiny hole for them to come out through the carpet, then poke them out and connect them. if you are talking about the ones going to the amp on top of the box, relocate the amp to somewhere like the sidewall, or under the trunk floor, or if you like it there, then build you a box around your sub box as ludlam was talking about. you got a distro block, that looks like an awful lot of wire. if you wanna get real creative, wall off behind your back seats, and make an amp rack there. put your amps on each side with the cap in the center.

I would mount the sony amp to the back of the box so the wires didn't run down like that. Also put a small slice in the carpet of the rear seat so you only see a small portion of the wires running into the cap and rockford amp. Do the same with the sony amp after relocating it. Flex loom any exposed wiring and your done. Just my thoughts tho.

Get that tube stuff that is cut down the middle and you can stuff wires in it. It wil make your setup look alot cleaner. It comes in many different colors too and you can cut it to any desired lengths. I think that cartoys or any other car place will carry it.
