what is a good wire to use?i have a 1000watts peak 500wrms amp and a infinity kappa perfect 12, what gauge wire to use from battery to amp for best peformance?[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

4 ga will work great for that. I'm running 775 watts RMS through 4 ga and I don't get any dimming on any of my lights. I wouldn't suggest going any smaller though.
