bazooka install: drilling holes in trunk

bazooka install: drilling holes in trunk
I'm going to be installing a Bazooka Sub in the trunk of my 2001 sedan. The sub comes with mounting brackets....before i drill holes into my trunk floor....does anyone know where is a good place to drill the holes for those brackets? i don't want to drill into the gas tank and stuff and i'm not sure what to do.
