Subwoofer Grill.....

I was searching on crutchfield and I found this grill for subwoofers.

I have a JL Audio 12w3 and I was looking at the screw configuration and it looks like the same one as the 12" JL audio subs. Will this one fit mine?

just make sure the grill isnt too close to the sub... you dont want it hitting

Most subs have the eight hole config that the grill uses, but the thing you have to remember is that the momo grill sits in the counter sunk holes of the cage of the polk momo sub and the screws that thru the grill hold the sub in the enclosure as well. It may work but your probably going to have a gap in between the enclosure face and the bottom edge of the grill and it may not seal up so well.

I have a JL 12w3 as well and I just picked up a set of JL 12" grills. They have a mounting plate that lays between the sub and the box and the grill clamps between the sub and the mounting plate. I think it's a very nice, high quality grill and it was designed for JL sub excursion....it sounds just as good with the grill on as it did before. Check it out here.
