3 Eclipse Subs
There is a guy that has 3 Eclipse subs. I've seen the pics but i can't seem to find them now.
Please help with members name.
I'm trying to show a buddy how awsome three 12" look.

Rep Power: 0 Eclipse sucks is rather harsh and very subjective.
I have a single Eclipse Aluminum 12" and think it kicks ***.
It is louder, clearer, and goes deeper than the two Soundstream SPL-12's it replaced.

I have a single Eclipse Aluminum 12" and think it kicks ***.

Rep Power: 0 I agree with Regularjoe. I heard these subs and they kick ***, as do the reviews.
You are intitled to your opinion sadboy, but keep in mind, (and you should no this since you work in an audio shop) that everyone has a unique sense of sound; what sounds good to you might not be what sounds good to the next person. However i am interested in what you think about fronts and rears for the 2k1.
Anyways this thread got off topic. I was simply asking what member has the 3 Eclipse subs. I've seen them but can't seem to find them now.

Rep Power: 0 no we dont sell eclipse we never will are shop is not like a regular audio shop we only carry the best in stock but we can order anything you want for you, are shop is to damn expensive if you just want a regular set up but if you want someting custom and crazy we are the place to be .

Rep Power: 0 Which boston sub you talking about.. I used to have 212.5LF subs and 2 8.5LF subs..they can get pretty loud but require an insane amount of power to do so.. and their low end is limited because of their excursion.. 40hz up though they do pound nicely (12's) with 600Wrms to each one. but for 1200Wrms..there's alot of subs that will playn much much louder...
THe 12.5LF pro subs though are the best small box subwoofer I've heard to date.. The IDMAX's though to me sound a fair bit better but are mdeium enclosure szed subs.. they work best with about 1.5 cubes.. not .88 net (1.00 gross) like the BA Pro's..
the Eclipse alums play lower and are a little more efficient than the BA subs and have more SPL potential in a sealed enclosure...
I've owned and used BA Pro series subs, Eclispe alum 12's and a 15", 2 IDMAX V.1's, 2 Planet audio Pro12's, 2 12" Audiomobile EVO-R's, 2 15" Eclipse 87151.4's..
Of all the subs I;ve had.. the most accurate soundingone thus far has been the IDMAX.. the Loudest was the EVO-R's the most lifelike to music was 15" Eclipse alum..( right frequency response..jus a hair of overhang..just like going toa concert with a good sound setup)..the one's that played lowest are by far theeclipse 87151.4's.. In home with 800Wrms to the pair I'm hitting 116DB's at 16hz..in a home tha's insanely loud and rattles the neighbors CD's off his rack..
I've also had 3 10W6 subs, and 2 21" subs with horns that I bought used from a strip club that closed down..
I wanna kick myself in the nuts for all damn money I've wasted over the last 6 years
