I'm pretty sure tweeters are for treble. But, I'm not very knowledgable in music, so don't take my word for it. 
How do you install them? Stick them on, and connect the wires.

Rep Power: 0 talk bout being a noob!! J/K Tweeters are the small speakers that are especially made to produce the higher frequencies in music. Bass plays the low frequencies. Tweeters usually come with crossovers that will filter out the bass n mids. This means clearer vocals in songs

Rep Power: 0 tweeters are for high pitch sounds such as voices and treble, you should go for the highs(tweeters) lows(subwoofers) and mids(6 1/2 door speakers and the back 6x9s). thwen your system will be bumpin
