Whats the best HU Kit???

i have one from Circuit City... dunno what company but its not that great... doesnt fit flush and kinda rattles... so my question is who makes the best kit... considering fitness and NO RATTLING.. oh yea the ones with no door.

American International or Scoche..the Metra kit is a hit or miss. fits perfect for some..other's it's messed up..

I have the AI and am satisfied with it I guess. The kit seems to be made of thicker and stronger plastic than the others. It didn't fit in the corner exactly and now the plastic bar that runs just under the HU (the top part of the pocket) has slightly warped. I don't care at this point as it holds my cd player and that's all I care about.

Hate to add fuel to the fire, but I bought the Metra kit (half kit, just the deck surround) for my car, cause with the LX I wanted to keep the pocket with the door underneath. Fits real nice, no complicated install required.

I tried the metra top-piece only kit before deciding on the AI. I was dead set on keeping the oe pocket until I saw what the top-piece only kit looked like installed. Looked like sheite imo...I looked at for one second and said "ewww" and installed the AI.

Notice I stated an opinion.

I've got the AI kit, but somehow my deck doesn't sit right in it. strange... also, i found that the pocket is not very deep. if i put a cd case in there, it'll stick out. our OEM ones are a lot deeper and can store 3 CDs and its covered! gonna try the other brand next week.
