I'm installing an amp and 2 10" subs to go along with my MP3 player. As far as installation goes, what all will I need and how much will it cost to install my amp, subs, and mp3 player. Anything u guys could tell me would help a lot. thanks

for installing cd player you will need wireharness and installation braket.which you can purchase at bestbuy for 15.99 each.
and about amp and subs. you can get amp wiring kit or amp kit less than 100 bucks for sure. i bought mine at walmart(cause im cheap) costed me 30 bucks i believe

The wiring harness and mounting brackets are cheap... $15 - $20.

For the amp it depends on how much power it puts out. For amps that put out more power you'll need a larger power lead which will cost more. For a 4 gauge kit it shouldn't cost you more than $60 - $70. 4 gauge is usually good up to about 700 watts. Make sure you get the wiring kit that comes with the RCA cables (if you don't already have them).

You'll also need some speaker wire to run from the amp to your subs. It should only cost a few bucks for several feet of say about 12 gauge speaker wire.

If you need a wiring kit, I would highly recommend KnuKonceptz.com. They have 4 gauge wiring kit (includes, RCAs, power and ground wires, speaker wires, fuse and connectors) for about $30. Also, try looking for subs and amp on ebay, but buy your enclosure locally or build it yourself.
