i am looking at a 2002 civic lx, where is the best place to buy the keyless entry setup and pricing and if one installs a aftermarket alarm, how much does it usually run for a decent alarm installed with keyless as well?

it depends... greg at hondawerx gots them for around 120 bones... but u gotta install it... all it is is so u can unlock ur doors and lock them.... and got a panic button....

the aftermarket ones vary... depending on what u wanna pay.... most alarm systems have the keyless entry with it... if u got power locks.... if u dont the car isnt worth putting an alarm system in... anyhoo... if u get a really sweet one with a pager like remote that tells u when someone touches ur car... that can be around 400 not installed... but then there are the remote starters too... which double as an alarm/keyless entry/ remote starter... only if u got an auto......
altho ppl do tell me that u can get them for manuals.. but i dont see how...

i got power door locks on mine and it cost an extra 35 canadian dollars...around 22 US$...with the purchase of an aftermarket alarm...

you gotta be kidding me rite?? for $130 i can get you remote start Code Alarm and for like 20 more i can get u a Viper remote start. I know for a fact that a keyless entery unit goes for like 50-60 US dollars. Drsaab... if ur in nyc let me know and i'll hook u up with the units real cheap.

i'd like to know where i can get a viper alarm/remote start for $150....i've been quoted double that for similar products,...thanks
