The point of watching a movie while driving is beyond my idea. It is way unsafe and a good way to increase car accidents and insurance premiums. If you have a brand name one then all you should require is a bypass switch. I think you'd find a question to your answer at this site

Ground it or run it thru a 3 prong two possition switch. Ground one prong, run the wire from the headunit to the middle, and the 3rd prong to the parking brake wire. Then if you have the switch up, it works while driving, but if you get pulled over, flip the switch and show the cop that it only works with the parking brake.
