I bought a blue neon kit for underneath my car, when talking to a police officer he said in indianapolis that it is fine as long as you cannot see the bulbs from any angle of the vehicle. Does anyone know if they sell reflectors to direct light and protect the bulbs? If you have underbodys could you please hit me up and tell me how you did it or pics possibly.

it think most people with underbody lights dont use reflectors, but if you cant find any i guess you could take the ghetto way and use foil somehow...

i have the strretglow gold series neo blue kit and you can't see any of my bulbs. but i have a body kit so it hides the ones on the sides. so if your car is stock then yes they can see the side no matter what you do cause we don't have a frame to hide them. the front is easy to hide as is the rear. good luck
