how hard is it to install neons? how long does it take?

Pretty easy if your mechanically inclined.. about 3 hours... if your not too mechanically inclined...about 5 hours..

if you have jack stands then maybe 1.5 hr 2 hrs tops. you already know where they need to go and all you do is loop one to the other. then just pick a spot for your toggle switch and the transformer. just give it a good luck the day before so you know what your gonna do and then the next day just get your car off the ground and bang it out. the higher the car the easier the project.
