WIll this work in my sunvisors, also wha tkind of instalaltion is required to mount into sun visors?

if you're talking about it fitting where the mirrors are, no, it wont fit. you're gonna have to do some modifying. if i were you, i'd buy some more visors to cut on, you could pick up a pair out of a wrecked car for nearly nothing, that way you could remove them if you decide to get rid of the car or the setup, and you could easily return it to stock if necessary. either way you're gonna have to do some modifying.
