Head Unit Install

What's the best way to pry off the upper dash with the factory radio in it without damaging the dash? Also, I am having a hell of a time getting to the screws directly underneath the unit. I moved the center panel back a bit and I cant get a good grip on the screws. any suggestions? Thanks.

dude use a socket set to get rid of those two screws by the power outlet, also dont use a philips head because if you round them out your frucked, also the plastic trim with the vents and all, you take a towel and wrap it around a flat head and gently push it under and pull up... its really easy just follow the DIY on the page.
